Firstly, let me say that the shading is phenomenal. It clearly shows that you understand proper shadowing, color blending, and light. The actual elements of the piece itself are well drawn and shaded, using good smooth lines. Contrast in the hands from the background could be better, and neither cast shadow from the source light (Litwick).
Despite some weird shaping of the thumb on the right hand, you seem to grasp skin and nail shading very well. One of the fingers seem to be inside of the flame, which is a contrast issue in the shadowing below the hand, which, with the light in that position, should stop some of the glow and cause a shadow on the right rim.
Litwick's base wax is well drawn and looks runny, but solidified, which is great! The shaping and distance of the mouth could be lower, however, you've done a great job in juxtaposing the expression on its face from the angle of the portrait.
Wow, this is really impressive. The anatomy of the hands is perfect, even the details and texture are really great, you really did a great job with that. Litwick looks really awesome too, I really like your choice of colors and the shading is really well done too, keep at the awesome work
